This past week the kids & I went to Seattle for a few days, so work could be done on our apartment to make it ready to rent! We did many fun things. first we went to
Woodland park zoo. The kids enjoyed it and liked talking to the animals. They also had fun
playing with these monkey statues. Auntie Christy did too!
One of the highlights of the trip was Meadow's first pony ride!
My mom found a nice lady who lives just down the road from Christy, with ponies and
chickens and peacocks, which she let Meadow feed, and collect eggs to take home! Meadow loved it! 
She wasn't afraid at all! She got right on and rode like she'd done it lots of times! Her pony's name was Juliet.
The pony even gives kisses!

oh how sweet! That had to be so cool for meadow.
We discovered that Meadow has no fear of animals, big or small, and she wasn't the slightest bit shy with the lady. She's quite the little farm gal!
