Creeepy

Not to celebrate Halloween or anything, but recently I was looking through some older photos, and found these creepy old graveyard pictures. The last two have mysterious orbs of light! These orbs aren't in any other photos! My dad took these pictures of an old forgotten graveyard in England. Next to it was a nice graveyard which had the grave of Smith Wiggelsworth.

Scenes from our walk

One of our new favorite places to walk is Ward Lake! Meadow loves looking for signs, and the "broken tree" (the one supposedly hit by lightning, which we are sitting in front of). She runs most of the way! We haven't tried going all the way around yet, but I'm sure she could do it! Logan loves being outside too! He babbles and squeals the whole time.

Happy Half Birthday Logan!

Our little boy is 6 months old today!
He's such a happy little guy! Each morning he greets me with a big smile and happy squeal, then coos and talks as loud as he can. Whenever he sees Meadow he smiles and laughs and wants so bad to do everything she does! His hands are always reaching for whatever he can grab, to chew it or rip it up. He gets really excited about balls and rattles. Also his little octopus and bright blue frog are his favorites. hbnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn (Logan just typed that. It's his first autobiography!) He loves his food! Yesterday was his first time eating in his new highchair! He was very proud of himself! I'll have to be careful though, I caught Meadow feeding him Apple Jacks cereal! Logan gets so excited when his daddy comes home from work. Matthew gets the best laughs out of him when they play! He loves to be held and cuddled, and gives very nice hugs and kisses! To get him to sleep he likes having the bathroom fan on, and a cloth over his face. He's a pretty good sleeper. He takes a 2-3 hour nap mid-day, then sleeps from about 9:30-1:30am. After that he always ends up in our bed. I've decided that's ok (as long as he actually sleeps, and doesn't talk or hit daddy) I know it won't last forever.(hopefully!) He's very sweet! I know this is long, but I want to remember him while he's little. Time is going by so fast!

Christy's new place

Christy (my "Ketchikan trader" sister -ha ha ) is now the proud owner of her very own 2 bedroom condo unit! It is in Kent which is much closer to where she works. I found these pictures online, and I'm not sure if this is her actual unit, but from the description it seems to be. The blue arrow points to the balcony of her 2nd floor apartment. She says there is a little stream next to the lawn that you can hear, and it's very peaceful. It has new appliances and new floors. She plans to redo the fireplace because she doesn't like it. She bought it just hours after it was listed for a very good price! She can move in on November 15th.

New Pics

Finally here's a new post especially for the picture deprived grandparents. We went to the lake to visit the ducks one evening. Meadow threw sticks for them. They weren't too interested though! Also the cutest little boy in the whole world happily watched from the comfort of his stroller.

Beautiful October Days

We walked down to Knudsen Cove and had lunch. Meadow enjoyed watching a seagull eat some bread.

Fun to be 55

Yup, dad turned 55! We had a birthday party for him with Becky and Sarah & Eric and Eric's brother & family. We ate the traditional applesauce cake. I have a long time tradition of giving him a crab of some sort. This year our gift to him was an aviation documentary set called Wings, but I decorated a DVD case with a as a movie called Pinchers. (That's what he's showing in the picture.) Also Logan
wore a shirt with crabs on it. Matthew and I also decided to rearrange the furniture for some reason. Here's the new look. My mom has been wanting those three
windows unblocked.
