Christy's new place

Christy (my "Ketchikan trader" sister -ha ha ) is now the proud owner of her very own 2 bedroom condo unit! It is in Kent which is much closer to where she works. I found these pictures online, and I'm not sure if this is her actual unit, but from the description it seems to be. The blue arrow points to the balcony of her 2nd floor apartment. She says there is a little stream next to the lawn that you can hear, and it's very peaceful. It has new appliances and new floors. She plans to redo the fireplace because she doesn't like it. She bought it just hours after it was listed for a very good price! She can move in on November 15th.

Looks like a nice place! I like the setting, it looks very pretty. Hopefully it won't take me as long to visit this new place as it did the first! :)

Thanks everyone!!!! I am very excited to be a home owner now!! It will be fun to get settled into it and make it "my home" :) I am planning on painting and changing some details just as Im able to afford the changes!

I can't believe Caren (Rodent) found it on the internet just by my description!!!! Nice.....

I have been looking for about 2 months now and this one just came from heaven above!!! God totally blessed me with a place I could afford and that I could love!

Thanks for your support! Look forward to showing it to you as I get settled into it!
Love, Christy

WOw, this looks nicer than I had envisioned! Thanks for posting it, Caren! Christy, it sounds like you're closing on the 1st of November now. We probably can't come down until mid-November .. hope there'll still be some work to do. Can't wait to celebrate Thankksgiving in your new home. My goodness, we have SO MUCH to be thankful for!
